MAKING ANIMATED IMAGES IN PHOTOSHOP
In Photoshop you can make an image animted without having to save it as a .SWF file. Aimated files in Photoshop can be saved as .gif files which means the file can be viewed on most all devices. You can see this tool by going to: Window --> Animation
